Properties
Blue Dolphin Eco Seal is a 1-component water-based lacquer with a satin matt appearance. This maintenance-friendly, wear-resistant lacquer is suitable for heavy domestic and light project use. This finish is a water based PU lacquer.
Blue Dolphin Eco Seal must be applied with the
BD Universal microfiber 9mm roller in a smooth motion. In combination with the
Blue Dolphin Eco Basic primer, a second layer of Eco Seal can be applied after 2-4 without sanding. When the first layer has dried for 12-24 hours, the floor must first be sanded with a 220 grain grinding net. We recommend that you always make a test beforehand and shake and stir the product well before use. A wooden floor treated with BD Eco Seal can be walked on carefully after 24 hours. The lacquer is fully resilient and cured after 10 to 14 days.
